Add a specification document

For a specification document as a PDF document, a Word document or an odt document, you can use the "Specification" Section. Click on "Add specification".

Then you'll have to:

• Chose a file
• Chose a name
• Chose a description

When it's done, click on "Update" and you document will be loaded on Hub4sys and available for the other contributors / subscribers of the project.

Add a model

You can join one or several model to your project. To add a model, go to the Models tab and click on "Add model".

Then you'll have to:

• Chose a archive file containing your model
• Chose a name
• Set de description of the model and its content

You can finally click on "Upload" to load the given model.

Add an executable

You can join one or several executable files to your project. To add an executable file, go to the Executables tab and click on "Add Executable".

Then you'll have to:

• Chose a file that you want to load
• Chose a name
• Set de description of the executable. It can be an explanation of which features are implemented.

You can finally click on "Upload" to load the given file.

Add a video

You can join one or several videos to your project. To add a video, go to the Media tab and click on "Add Video".

From the dialog, you'll have to choice:

• Load a video from your local machine
• Give a link to the site of a video hosting company. Youtube is currently the only video hosting site which is supported.

Then you'll have to:

• Chose a file or a link to the video
• Chose a name
• Set de description of the video

You can finally click on "Upload" to load the given file or link.

Add an image

You can join one or several image to your project. To add a video, go to the Media tab and click on "Add Video".

Then you'll have to:

• Chose a file
• Chose a name
• Set de description of the image
