Edit Path Table
Some elements have path parameters. Path editing allows you to create a line made of curved and straight segments. Examples of such elements include Road Line, Road Pavement, Trajectory, and Railway.
Edit a Path
To edit an element's path, first select the element. Then, in the right panel under the Parameters tab, locate the Path parameter. Click the Edit Path button to open the path editing popover.

- Segment list.
- Add a new segment to the path.
- See the total displacement of your path (difference between the position at the start and at the end).
- Close the path with a final segment.
Edit a Segment
Each segment has its own parameters to set.

For each segment, the following parameters define the displacement of the segment's end point from its starting point:
| Parameter | Description | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| dx | Offset along the X axis | m |
| dy | Offset along the Y axis | m |
| dz | Offset along the Z axis | m |
There are two types of segments:
- Line: the segment goes from its starting point to its end point in a straight line.
- Arc: the segment forms an arc from the start point to the end point.
attention
If the arc would be too abrupt, the segment is drawn as a straight line instead.
